Your First Pregnancy by Jo Johnson

When you find out you are pregnant for the first time you are inevitably full of questions about how you and your baby are going to change and grow over the next nine months.

When will you get to see your baby with a scan? How will you deal with morning sickness? Are there foods you should and shouldn't eat? And what about stretchmarks??

All these topics and more are covered in 'Your First Pregnancy, An Essential Guide' by Jo Johnson. The book is part of the Need 2 Know series, and offers a very straightforward and simple overview of first time pregnancy. Because of the size of the topic relative to the size of the book, it is obviously only meant to provide snippets of information on each topic. If you are looking for a book to take you in detail through every stage of your pregnancy, this isn't for you, but if you want a handy guide to a wide range of subjects, this book could be a useful addition to your bookshelves.

At the back of the book is also a very useful information section, full of contact details for relevant organisations and websites.
